Who is Entrepreneur & Business Coaching for?

  • You are considering starting business, have already started a business or you have a business that you’d like to grow. I work with businesses of all sizes in varying industries. My specialty is service providers including healers, coaches, consultants, contractors and creative services such as designers, developers and agencies. I also work with companies bring new products and solutions to the market.
  • You may be excited about your business but you are not sure where to start, what to put in place or how to run a business.
  • You might be feeling overwhelmed and alone and you may even be saying “I wish someone would just tell me how to do this.”
  • You may be having a hard time explaining what it is that you do and how to gain traction with your customers. You may not be completely aligned with your gifts, strengths and passions. Make sure to also check out my Strategic Vision Consulting service as well – it is often incorporated into my business coaching work.
  • You are passionate and have a lot of ideas, but you’re struggling to get organized and move forward. You want to find the balance of ideas and execution.
  • You want to make money and experience success (according to your definition of success, which we’ll define).

  • You will walk away with:
    • A clear understanding of what success looks like for your business (e.g. money, impact, flexibility) and clear action steps to make that happen.
    • Customized organizational structure and systems (weekly calendars, operational systems, worksheets, financial systems, specific goals, etc.) that will make your business thrive as efficiently and effortlessly as possible (I’m an organizational freak!).
    • A clear understanding of the resources and team you need in place to support your business (including employee job descriptions if needed).

How it Works

  • I build custom packages for my Entrepreneur & Business Coaching Clients based on your situation and needs. Dependent upon your situation, there are a few options that may fit:
    • 3 – 6 months of weekly or bi-weekly 50-minute phone coaching with individual work to be completed between sessions.
    • 6 months of monthly 2-hour strategy sessions to discuss ideas, solutions, processes and next steps for aligning your business
    • Individual springboard coaching sessions are available for 90 minutes – 3 hours based on your situation

I offer free 30-minute consultations to anyone interested in working with me or in learning more about what I can offer.
