Deep Dive Solo Retreat

I offer deep dive solo retreats for clients because it has become apparent over the years how impactful it can be to be held in connection for healing. These retreats provide clients the opportunity to work through a large struggle or opportunity, to build something impactful, and to heal deeply.


It is so easy for life to get in the way and I love these retreats for what they provide in the way of respite, healing and creation. They are just about you and I am here to hold you completely.

How it Works

I offer both in-person retreats and remote retreats. In-person retreats happen in Portland, Maine or at a location of your choosing should you opt to have me or both of us travel. If you prefer the remote option, I recommend that you find a place to physically retreat for a couple days while we connect virtually at times during the days of retreat, interspersed with you doing some reflective and self-care work on your own. All retreats are at least one day and ideally a couple.


Retreats are designed specifically for the participant based on their needs and are customized following an initial 90-minute consultation. Throughout your retreat, you will have a witness, a compassionate support, a guide and a sounding board to move through your process for the extent of your retreat.


In most cases, if the retreat participant is not an existing coaching client, it is recommended that they plan to have some follow-up coaching sessions during the integration period as well.
